Plumber

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Maintenance:
2. Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial buildings.
3. Conduct repairs on water supply systems, drainage systems, and gas systems.
4. Inspection and Troubleshooting:
5. Diagnose issues such as leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions.
6. Use advanced tools and equipment to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
8. Ensure work meets UK Building Regulations and safety standards.
9. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and costs incurred.
10. Customer Service:
11. Provide professional advice to customers regarding plumbing systems and maintenance.
12. Deliver excellent service to uphold company standards.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Gas Safe registration (preferred for relevant work).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency with tools and techniques specific to the trade.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
