Duties and Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting Door Supervisors to work in our prestigious company. Verify patrons’ age and identity to comply with legal restrictions.
Prevent entry of banned or suspicious individuals.
- Control venue entry and exit flow. Manage crowd size to prevent overcapacity.
- Ensure patron safety by monitoring behavior and intervening in dangerous situations.
- Provide emergency assistance, including evacuations and first aid.
- Handle disputes and altercations calmly and professionally. Eject unruly or violent individuals from the premises.
- Monitor patrons and activities for potential security threats. Use surveillance equipment to monitor venue areas.
- Report to management or law enforcement as needed. Report all incidents to the CCTV department and cooperate with Site Management and Police.
- Inform the site manager at the end of the shift and hand over all items. Maintain and document company inventory records, including Hi vests, body-cams, shirts, hats, and other items, and share with Supervisor/Manager.
- Update and document company asset status, submitting to Supervisor/Manager. Document and report the security status of client premises, investigate incidents, and submit reports to Supervisor/Manager
Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures pertaining to security and crowd management.
Qualifications: SIA License ,First Aid Certificate ,Higher Education (optional)
Safety and Security
- Primary responsibility: safeguarding the premises and individuals.
- Conducting bag checks, monitoring for prohibited items, and deterring potential threats.
Maintaining Order
- Managing guest entry, particularly during high-traffic or high-risk times.
- De-escalating conflicts and preventing altercations.
Legal Compliance
- Meeting licensing requirements for establishments serving alcohol or hosting large events.
- Ensuring adherence to local safety regulations and standards.
Customer Confidence
- Creating a secure environment that encourages customer loyalty.
- Representing professionalism at the entrance of the venue.
Risk Mitigation
- Preventing property damage and reducing liability risks.
- Addressing incidents proactively to avoid escalation.
Emergency Management
- Trained to handle situations like fire alarms, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
- Coordinating with emergency services if needed.
