Duties and Responsibilities

• Create responsive, user-friendly designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Implement designs with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Create and optimize visuals, icons, and images while maintaining brand consistency.
• Optimize designs for fast loading, SEO, and accessibility.
• Work with developers, content creators, and marketing teams. Gather and implement feedback.
• Update content, fix UI bugs, and improve design elements.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills

• Design & UI/UX – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; strong understanding of responsive and user-friendly design.
• Front-End Development – Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Web Optimization & SEO – Optimizing speed, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design.
• CMS & Tools – Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and version control (Git).
• Communication & Collaboration – Ability to understand client needs and work with developers, marketers, and content teams.
• Continuous Learning – Keeping up with trends, tools, and best practices in web design.

Qualification

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (optional but preferred).
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Experience – 1-3 years of work experience or a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Certifications (Optional) – Google UX Design, Adobe Certified Professional, or relevant online courses.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving – Ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
• Adaptability – Staying updated with the latest design trends and web technologies.

Experience

• Work Experience – 2-4 years in web design, UI/UX, or front-end development.
• Portfolio – Strong portfolio with responsive web designs and UI/UX projects.
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• SEO & Performance – Knowledge of web optimization, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design.
• Collaboration – Experience working with developers, marketers, and content teams.
• Problem-Solving – Ability to handle design challenges and improve user experience.
