Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative web solutions.
  • Design and develop responsive and engaging websites, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience across various devices and browsers.
  • Implement and maintain web standards, ensuring compliance with coding best practices and accessibility guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve web development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements and content on websites.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
